Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of HayLingo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

1. The service

HayLingo provides Armenian-language courses and AI-assisted text and voice practice. AI teachers are automated systems, not human teachers. Their responses may be incomplete or incorrect and should be treated as educational assistance rather than professional advice or guaranteed instruction.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and protect your password. You are responsible for activity under your account. Users under the age required to consent in their country must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape or resell course materials, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, or use the AI features to harm people or violate applicable law.

4. Courses and intellectual property

The website, course documents, branding, and related materials are licensed for your personal, non-transferable learning use. They may not be republished, sold, or distributed without written permission. You retain rights in content you submit, while granting the service the limited permission needed to process it and provide requested features.

5. AI and voice services

Messages and voice inputs may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate replies, speech, and transcripts. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or unlawful information. Availability and output quality may vary by device, network, language, and provider.

6. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Plan prices and durations are shown before purchase. Paid access begins after payment is confirmed. Unless a checkout states otherwise, recurring plans may renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.

7. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or terminated for material violations, fraud, security threats, non-payment, or unlawful conduct. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, specific learning outcomes, or error-free AI output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HayLingo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and contact

These Terms may be updated when the service changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date. Questions should be sent to the site administrator through the same contact channel used for account or payment support.
